After you have entered your old password, and then the new password and confirmed it, press
enter (or click the arrow button). This should display a message that the password was
successfully changed.
You can click ok to close the message and continue using your VDI.
If you receive an error message, you will be required to repeat this step. Common errors are
not entering the correct old password, not selecting a password that meets the requirements or
having the new password not match the confirm password. Repeat Step 3 and correct the
errors.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you have changed your password, you will get prompted to login into other
places where you use this account like, Outlook, Teams etc. Whenever you are
prompted, login using your new password.
